After a delicious outdoor breakfast, it was time to head into the woods and hunt the elusive morel mushroom. Frank and I walked some trails and got deep into the woods but got completely skunked. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to the places those dang mushrooms grow, even with all my success in our own woods at home. After a bit the mosquitos were bad enough that we had to come back to camp.
