A beautiful misty morning sunrise! The midwest has its own beauty…you just have to get up early and look for it.
We owed $2 for a bag of ice we snagged last night. Went to the office to pay….oops! Now what?
Follow The River has some nice amenities, including a long, scenic bike/walking path behind the campground. I took a pleasant walk to “get in my Fitbit steps” and fought off some angry grasshoppers! Apparently there are occasional music festivals held in the small amphitheater. It’s in a beautiful spot and I’m sure it would be fun to bring out some lawn chairs and cool beverages and listen to some live music. Nice surprise in an RV park.
