We are taking a long trip to Plattsburgh, New York, to attend our niece’s 40th birthday surprise.
The first stop on our trip was the END OF OUR DRIVEWAY! As we began to pull out the lane, our railroad gate came crashing down on top of the propane tank….curses!! We prepared ourselves for the worst, jumped out of the car, checked high and low, and saw that the only damage was to the actual bar of the gate, and only minor scratches to the tank covers. Back on our way…
This trip was planned well in advance, and we made reservations for every stop. Our goal was to get to the scenic areas as soon as possible, but not have long tiring drives that make the trip less fun. So we spent the first night at the KOA in Homerville, Ohio. We didn’t unhook the tow vehicle, which made our departure the next morning easy.
Looks like a final resting spot to me.
